Naval Base Kitsap Bangor Substation 1 Repair

Repair of Substation 1 at Naval Base Kitsap Bangor for NAVFAC Northwest, through EC Electric. Cannon mobilized within two weeks of notice to proceed, covering proposal, contract execution, personnel badging and access coordination, and material and equipment mobilization. The core of the job is the duct system serving two separate 115kV circuit getaways: two parallel 6 inch conduits in reinforced duct banks, replaced in full. Cannon camera surveyed the existing duct to find field bends and 48 inch radius elbows, then excavated, removed and disposed of the old system, placed new concrete encased duct with 72 inch sweeps, and restored the yard with rock, all inside an energized substation on a secured naval installation.
