Puget Sound Energy Make Ready, Maintenance and Storm Response

Cannon works for Puget Sound Energy under master service agreements spanning make ready construction, system maintenance, pole services, dedicated communications crews, and storm and emergency response. Storm response dates to 2019 and the make ready agreement to 2022. Make ready rebuilds and reframes primary distribution poles so new fiber optic cable and 4G, 5G and small cell antennas can be attached, covering pole assessment, replacement, framing, transformer change outs and wiring adjustments. Alongside it Cannon runs PSE’s pole pull program, common crew transfer program, pole services program, and substation and qualified electrical worker safety watch programs, and staffs standing communications crews.
