Cannon built the outside plant at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City: 50 manholes, more than 20,000 feet of directional drilling, 42,000 feet of trenching, 150,000 feet of Maxcell, 380,000 feet of fiber cable placed in conduit, 83,000 feet of fiber zipcord and 12,000 fusion splices.
