I must say, the crew did an outstanding job on my FTTH installation.

They buried the line along my outside fence wall, they drilled under my wall to get into the yard, and you would never know where they removed the gravel to bury the line over to the outside wall of the house.

In fact, that last part is cleaned up and neater than is was before they did the work.

I know people never get enough at-a-boy complements. Were these guys deserve a big one for the job they did.

I wanted to send and big thank you to Curtis and Lo for the outstanding customer service they provided for a Parks Department project.  We are doing some remodeling work at our Westbridge facility and need communication infrastructure changes.  Cannon responded to the ticket quickly and efficiently.  Recently he and staff were on site doing a walk through to confirm scope.  We were able to provide a lift by mid-day and they got all the high work done that same day.  They returned the next day and completed the vast majority of my request.  They are now waiting for us to complete our drywall work so they can install the faceplates.  This vastly exceeded my expectations and I wanted to extend my appreciation.

I work on Ft. Lewis and recently had the pleasure of working with two Cannon employees, Clint Jones and Bryan A. They met me onsite at South Sub and were instrumental with clearing a damaged underground raceway. With Clint and Bryan’s help, we were able to identify multiple damaged sections of conduit (due to a recently installed guardrail). They repaired the conduit, and pulled a new jet line through, which allowed us to pull new wire, and restore functionality to a camera. I’m very pleased with their professionalism, work ethic, knowledge, and willingness to help. Thank you very much for a positive experience :).
